UPPERVILLE, Va., June 6, 2022— The Upperville Colt & Horse show presented by MARS Equestrian™ kicked off its 169th anniversary show with professional rider Tom Brennan piloting Alto Cinco to the championship in Section A of the Local Hunter Other Than Owner/Rider division. The 7-year-old Holsteiner gelding is owned by Victoria Clarke of Sperryville, Va.
“He is a lovely young horse, and I couldn’t be happier with how he went today,” said Brennan, who operates Vineyard Haven Farm with his wife Tracy in Round Hill, Va. “It was a beautiful, new course from designers Paul Jewell and Nancy Wallace that was fun to jump!”
